Refund policy
At luaustudio.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
Return period: You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return your product(s).
Inspection process: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them within 10 business days. If the product is in its original condition, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
Refunds and exchanges:
- Refunds will be processed once the return of the item(s) has been approved.
- For returns within the EUROPEAN UNION, shipping costs are covered by us. For all other countries, we accept returns but they must be sent to: LUAU FASHION BRANDS S.L. - C/CALAF 29 - 08021 BARCELONA (SPAIN)
Return conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, with no damage or signs of use.
- Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
How to start a return:
To request a return, send an email to shop@luaustudio.com with the subject line “RETURN + [Order Number]”. In the email, specify which item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions.
Refund method: Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund may take up to 10 business days to be processed after approval.
Cancellations: Cancellations are not accepted.
