What is the return policy?
We accept returns within the first 15 days from the delivery of your order. Returns are free throughout the EU. The product must be in its original shipping box, with all tags attached and in perfect condition, exactly as it left our warehouse.
Are any purchases final and non-returnable?
No. We accept returns on all products.
When will I receive my order?
If an order is placed before 11 a.m. on a business day, it ships the same day. We do not ship or prepare orders on national or local holidays. Once shipped, you'll receive your order within 24/48h in mainland Spain and 4–7 days in EU countries.
Where are your products made?
All our products are made in Barcelona. No exceptions. With Spanish and Italian fabrics.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping and returns are free throughout the EU.
