Returns & Refunds Policy

At luaustudio.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Return Period

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return your item(s).

Inspection Process

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them within 10 business days. If the product is in its original condition, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed once the return is approved.

  • For returns within the EUROPEAN UNION, return shipping costs are covered by us.

  • For non-EU countries, we accept returns, but customers must ship them to:

Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition (no damage or signs of wear).

  • Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email us at shop@luaustudio.com with the subject:
“RETURN + [Order Number]”.
In your email, specify which item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Our team will provide further instructions.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after approval.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are not accepted.
