Returns within the EU are free. To process a return, please email shop@luaustudio.com with your order number and the items to return, or manage it yourself from your customer account.

To be accepted, returns must be in perfect condition. We process returns within 3-5 days of their arrival at our facilities. The full purchase amount is refunded to the same payment method used; we do not issue store credit.
